I’ve been reading tarot for around fifteen years. I started out doing readings for friends and family (still do!) and in 2019 I branched out and started my tarot business Dorset Dark in Dorset Vermont. I did several festivals, but now focus on individual readings and sometimes do parties. I earned a certificate from Biddy Tarot in Reading Tarot with Confidence, and have studied books extensively by several authors, my favorites being Theresa Reed and Melissa Cynova. These are all great resources, but all tarot readers develop their own personal style. 

I’m an intuitive reader, which means I’ll get images or phrases or even song lyrics or commercial jingles (so Gen X!) that will pop into my mind during the reading.  It might be triggered by an image on the card, or it might not. Even if it doesn’t make sense to me personally, I will say it. It usually makes sense to one or the other of us! 

Also, the client and I do the reading together. Anything that stands out to you on the card, or a strong thought comes into your mind, say it and we will try to figure out the significance together.
